Started the month as I meant to go on... sort of.

Stability ball dumbell row 8kg x15 each side
Stability ball chest flye 2x6kg x15
Single leg pull down 15kg x16 (8 each side)
Stability ball tricep extension 2x3kg x15
3 sets

bicycle abs x20
Side plank 30 seconds each side
3 sets

Am feeling a bit wussy today but at least I made the effort to go in.
Will attempt lower body tomorrow...
